UPS Overnight
Available for deliveries within the 48 contiguous states only. Delivery will be made to you by the end of the next business day from the day we ship your order.

Partial Shipments
To help keep our prices and shipping charges the low, we will ship your order once all items are in stock. If one of your items is not in stock, but you would like your in-stock items sent out immediately, please contact our customer service department to request a partial shipment. A small charge (up to $6.50) will apply.

Same Day Shipping
Orders of in-stock items placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (excluding holidays and weekends) will usually ship out same day. Orders of in-stock items placed after this time will ship the following business day.

Out of Stock Notice
We make every effort to stock all sizes and colors of items we carry. If the item you ordered is not in stock, you will be contacted by customer service within two (2) business days by email and/or telephone.

Email Shipment Confirmation
On the day your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. You can always go to the my account section and sign in with your username and password and track your order.

International Shipping
Iinternational orders must be billed and shipped to the same address. International orders that do not comply will not be shipped and your credit card will be refunded.

To help combat fraud, all international orders must be accompanied by a faxed copy of the credit card and a picture ID (license, passport, etc.). Please fax a copy of both sides of the credit card and your picture ID to 305-261-8245. If we do not receive your fax within 72 hours of your purchase, your order will be voided and your credit card refunded.

Once your identity has been verified, you will not need to repeat this process for future orders.

You may be charged a brokerage fee by by the shipper, which will need to be borne by you. GST and PST may also be levied. These fees are beyond our control. International shipments are final. No exchanges or returns.

Sales & Discounts
Selected items have been marked as final sale. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise. Final sale merchandise is clearly marked directly above the add to cart button. If an item is marked as final sale, and you are unsure of your size, please call one of our product specialist at 888.255.8001 before ordering the item.

We cannot apply price adjustments to previously purchased merchandise and we cannot apply coupon codes or discounts after the order has been placed. Only one coupon can be used per purchase. Coupons are not valid on sale items. If your cart contains sale and non-sale items, only the non-sale items will receive the discount. Coupons are only valid online and may not be used at any of our Miami locations. Thank you for your understanding.

Jewelry
All jewelry sales are final. Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
