We realize that sometimes you need to return or exchange an item. A dress might not fit quite right or perhaps once you tried that top on, it just wasn't you. We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens and you just need to return your purchase. Regardless of the reason, ShopBarbara.com wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and your entire ShopBarbara.com experience.

Any return or exchange request must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day your package is delivered.
Items marked as final sale, regardless of the time period, may not be returned or exchanged. Click here for more information about final sale items.

All jewelry sales are final. Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

If more than 14 days have passed since your package has been delivered and you would like to exchange/refund any of your items, we reserve the right to accept or refuse them. If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your store credit.

To return or exchange an item

Step 1:
Use our Online Form to contact us prior to returning items to receive a return code. All returns without a return code will be refused by our warehouse.

Step 2:
Write the return code on the outside of your box and ship it to:

Step 3
Refund: Your credit card will be refunded within eight (8) to ten (10) business days after we receive your return package.

Normal Exchange: Once we’ve received your returned items, if the merchandise you would like to exchange it with is available, we will send out your order, free of charge. If the item is not available, we will contact you to provide you the option of receiving an acceptable product or to credit your account.

Expedited Exchange: We also offer faster exchange by phone service. We will create a new order for your exchange item and you will pay for the item as a new sale. This will allow us to ship your exchange item immediately. Your credit card will be refunded within eight (8) to ten (10) business days after we receive your return package.

Customer Liability:
You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We urge you to insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package.

Delays In Returning Merchandise
Any items returned without a return code, after the ten (10) day deadline or if the returned items do not meet hygiene and health regulations, will be sent back at the customer's request and expense.

Sales & Discounts
Selected items have been marked as final sale. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise. Final sale merchandise is clearly marked directly above the add to cart button. If an item is marked as final sale, and you are unsure of your size, please call one of our product specialist at 888.255.8001 before ordering the item.

We cannot apply price adjustments to previously purchased merchandise and we cannot apply coupon codes or discounts after the order has been placed. Only one coupon can be used per purchase. Coupons are not valid on sale items. If your cart contains sale and non-sale items, only the non-sale items will receive the discount. Coupons are only valid online and may not be used at any of our Miami locations. Thank you for your understanding.

Conditions for returns & exchanges
  
  • By state and federal law, intimate apparel with a crotch (panties, tights, pantyhose, control garments with a crotch) that has been tried on or worn cannot be returned.
     
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
     
  • All tags and packaging must be intact.
     
  • Bra returns and exchanges must come in a protective box to ensure the cups do net get damaged in transit.
     
  • Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels or writing. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will result in a 10% restocking fee.
     
  • Your return must be delivered within ten (10) business days of your return code request. Your return code must be on the outside of the box. All returns without a return code will be refused by our warehouse.
     
  • Items purchased online must be returned using our online system and cannot be returned to one of our stores.
  • tips for Success

  • We suggest you do not wear make-up, perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
     
  • If you want to try on intimate apparel that has a crotch, please try these items on over your own underwear.
     
  • Don’t throw away the packaging until you are 100% sure. Shipping it back in the same box saves time and helps protect your items.
  • ERrors or Damaged Merchandise

    In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within five (5) business days from the day your package is delivered. Simply call us at 888-255-8001. Our mistake will cost you nothing.
